If you email Evident, your email address and message are used only to reply.
Assistant on the site
If you ask the assistant a question, your question and, if you speak, your voice go to ElevenLabs, which runs the assistant for Evident as a processor. The answer comes from an AI language model that ElevenLabs uses for this. The text of the conversation is kept for 30 days and then deleted; a recording of your voice is not kept. The conversation is used only to answer your question. The site connects to ElevenLabs only once you ask a question or switch on the microphone; nothing is sent before that.
Welcome prompt
To show the welcome prompt at most once per visit, your browser keeps a marker during the visit. It disappears when you close the tab. It is not a cookie and nothing is measured with it.
Questions
Questions about your data, or a request for access or deletion, go to the contact address on the contact page. Evident then also has a conversation with the assistant deleted at ElevenLabs.
