- Understand
Where do you lose hours? That is measured, per process, before anything changes. Together with you, it is agreed which data may go in.
- Set up
AI starts working in one or two of those processes, in the tools you already use. Who may do what is put on record along the way.
- Embed
Your people learn to work with it. Work instructions and owners make the choices made part of your organisation.
- Hand over
Your team carries on by itself. The hours are measured again, so the difference is visible.
What is not included
Licences, IT management and legal advice are not part of the Kickstart. The proposal says so up front.
Afterwards: maintenance in three levels
If you want Evident to continue the maintenance, you choose a subscription.
- BasicOne process under maintenance, with a monthly check, upkeep and support by mail.
- PlusUp to three processes under maintenance, with a quarterly review with management and new staff brought on board.
- CompleteAll processes that were set up under maintenance, with a half-yearly recalibration and priority support.
