Demonstrable: what AI delivers is measured, and what it did can be read back.
This page shows how it is measured, a case from practice, and what is still to come.
What it delivers: hours before and after
Before the start there is a baseline of the hours. Afterwards the same measurement is repeated. The difference is what it delivered.
Worked example
2,250hours per year
1 hour per employee per week × 50 employees × 45 working weeks
Source: worked example from the Kickstart proposal. Not a client result and not a promise of time saved.

What it did: work you can point to
Every step leaves something you can point to: a log, a test list, a follow-up measurement, a handover file. A practical case shows what that looks like.
An organisation without a technical background
An SME without a technical background. This is what was delivered, in the order of the four steps.
- UnderstandThe processes were analysed and improved.
- Set upClaude was rolled out across the organisation. Skills for the organisation itself were built and put into use, and there is a knowledge base for everyone.Demo on demo data, not of this organisation: A knowledge base that answers with a source →
- EmbedThe on-call process and the recruitment process were formalised. The job descriptions were put on record, with criteria.Demo on demo data, not of this organisation: An agent in your business software →
- Hand overThe organisation works with it by itself, also in client proposals. The brand was fully renewed and all documentation was updated in the new house style. The first reactions from outside are positive.
What the organisation notices itself According to the organisation the work goes considerably more smoothly. That has not been measured in hours yet; the follow-up measurement is to come.
What is still to come
A case with the hours before and after
The measurement of a next client goes here, with the organisation's consent.
