From application to first working day
The agent does the groundwork in the mailbox, the calendar and AFAS. Wherever a choice matters, a person decides. Illustration on demo data.

What it does, what you get and the evidence
- What it does
- An agent reads along in the mailbox and works in the software already in place, such as AFAS, Exact or Microsoft 365. It prepares data, starts processes and puts every choice a person has to make in front of that person.
- What you get
- A working agent on one or two processes, set up on your software, with a manual and a log of every action.
- Evidence
- The log: per candidate the email, the proposal, the reason and who decided.
- Example
- An organisation of 80 employees receives applications by email. Every morning the agent reads them, checks them against the profile and proposes per candidate: invite, doubt or reject. Recruitment decides. An invited candidate is in AFAS straight away, and on a hire the agent prepares the onboarding for the manager to approve. A resignation email starts the offboarding the same way.
